MOOYAH has a new method of making both customers and employees satisfied. The “better burger franchise” has successfully, over the past six months, implemented an incentives program for employees. This program provides gifts to employees for receiving 5-star Google ratings with their name mentioned and has served to both increase employee retention and gauge performance while seeing where the brand can improvement.
The 5-Star Service Program allows us to specifically target areas of opportunity, both system-wide and at an individual store level, to help franchisees and their Team Members create a 5-Star Guest experience,” said Natalie Anderson-Liu, Vice President of Brand for MOOYAH.
Since implementing this program, MOOYAH’s ratings have risen across many stores. Some stores have seen rating increases of more than half a point, a substantial rise in the 5-star system. The burger franchise’s employees also love it, as they are well-rewarded for their hard work.
“The 5-Star Service Program has proven its importance to MOOYAH, displaying a means to connect with our Team Members in a way that matters to them. This program allows us to recognize to those people who are working really hard and are the heart of our brand,” said Anderson-Liu.
