As our President & COO, Tony leads strategic plans for growth and optimization for the brand with our Franchise Owners success and profitability as top priority. His Plan to Win drives key initiatives for each facet of MOOYAH with short and long-term goals to propel the business forward. Tony has an insatiable appetite for improvement and consistency to deliver the best burger, fry and shake experience ever and have fun doing it.
CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD & CEO
Anand is one of the most respected figures in the franchise restaurant industry. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Gala Capital Partners, LLC, and has spent the past 30 years in various executive capacities within the software, real estate & restaurant spaces. His portfolio has included the development and management of over 60 locations of nationally recognized chain restaurants throughout the western United States.
VP OF OPERATIONS
Mike leads the Operations team to ensure each Franchise Owner’s success through accuracy, cleanliness and unit-level economics. Through quarterly Business Reviews, the health of the business is determined by financial performance, opportunities to improve and consistent brand standards. Mike and his team evaluate each restaurant through the lens of the Guest to ensure we are delivering a 5-star experience.
VP OF BRAND
With brand initiatives that drive awareness and trial across all locations, Natalie makes the ordinary extraordinary. She ensures the brand grows and evolves with trends and expectations through innovation, media planning, data analysis, supply chain and developing a robust digital/off-premise strategy. Natalie leads a team of experts that take a hands-on approach to system-wide and local marketing, procurement, distribution and financial analysis.
VP OF PEOPLE
Through the implementation of strategies regarding recruitment, curriculum, training and retention, Dennie and her team support our Franchise Owners to attract top talent and improve turnover. Dennie has a “door is always open” approach to developing relationships with Franchise Owners and Team Members alike, with the goal of making each Team Member experience best-in-class and seriously fun.
